  • The main features of the application in brief:
  • Generating Online Estimates
  • Any Sales Person from anywhere having internet can generate online quotation with latest products & prices
  • User can generate online estimates of hardware products for different parties
  • If the user role is admin then during the generation of estimate the user has some facilities like to give discounts etc. which is not available to a normal user
  • The PDF of generated estimates can be sent to the party through Email
  • SMS will also be sent as soon as estimate is generated
  • Management will be able to see all generated estimates but normal user will be able to see only those estimates which are created by that user or mapped to that user
  • User can search any estimate according to criteria based on estimate No, Party Name or Date Range.
  • After the estimate is made there is a follow up module also where user can feed taken actions i.e. either to confirm that order or to shut/close the case or to extend the follow up date etc.
  • Follow up history of any estimate or the history of all estimates made for a particular party can also be viewed
  • Lodging Online Complaints
  • User can lodge online complaints regarding the product.
  • For better services – complaints can be lodged from any branches on line & served promptly
  • The online generated complaint no will be sent to the Party, Dealer, SR, Technician and if for a same item the no of complaints is more than 3 times then SMS will also go to management
  • Management will be able to see all generated complaints and normal user will be able to see those complaints which are created by that user or mapped to that user
  • User can search any complaints based on customer name and technician name
  • Daily Reporting to Management
  • The representatives can do online daily reporting to the management through hierarchy for their day to day workings
  • So all Sales Persons can report their daily working on day to day basis & management will be in constant touch of their employees
